When Visiting Us For the First Time

For your initial consultation we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete medical paperwork. Our questionnaires have been carefully designed and are an important tool, assisting our practitioners with your personal assessment. Your first consultation is very thorough, usually lasting between 45 minutes and one hour, depending on your practitioner and your health status.

You can expect discussions with your practitioner on your health, lifestyle and diet and a variety of tests may be suggested such as salivary hormone tests, hair mineral analysis, blood and cellular health. Following this consultation you will be empowered with knowledge, inspired to make lifestyle changes and well on your way to improved wellbeing.
